A lot of you have seen me talk about my upcoming fantasy novel The Price of Thorns, a story with fairy tales, transformations, found family, and a queer hero. This is a standalone; it’s a complete story and you don’t have to have read any other books to dive into the world. There are OF COURSE talking animal people in it, but more of the fairy tale type than the Dev and Lee type.
