If a book is *released* at a convention, it will always be for sale after that con. Unless I specify that the copies at a convention will be *pre-publication* or *pre-release*, that's the case. If RFD is out at MFF, then it'll be for sale starting then. If it doesn't go on sale until FC, then it'll be for sale starting at FC.
